I have deep conversations with my clients. It is never let’s look at your books and a SWOT or whatever analysis of your processes … and magic “ these are the steps you need to take” and “this is the predetermined destination you need to get to”
Everything is contingent on a lot of unique factors of the Leader and their business’s differentiating factors. Ours is an unhurried process in this instant solution era. Even a so-called vanilla business will have their own ‘X factor’.
Sometimes you may be exactly where you need to be at that time and no intervention is required immediately.
Or you may find that changing direction relating to only a certain part of your business is what is required…
